Deborah is an instructor with three decades of guiding students in Pilates, Yoga, Corrective Exercise and Dance Technique with a focus on learning to listen to what your body is telling you, instead of telling your body what it is supposed to do. She teaches movement as a dialog between the mind and body to center, balance, and heal. Trained in: Iyengar Yoga Yin Yoga Stott Pilates Classic Barre Rossiter Myofascial release Available for private and semi-private postural and movement assessments, and classes focused on corrective exercise.
