Warm Yin/Deep Stretch is both a gentle and challenging practice that is designed to open the body, peeling away layers of tension and stress that reside within. The warmth of the room allows students to go deep into the postures to stetch the muscles and connective tissue of the body. This class is suitable for all levels. 60 Minute Class. Beginners & all levels. Must register as space is limited. Registration will close 2 hours prior. Bring a mat, blanket or towel, & water. Mats & blankets available free of charge.
